George Guillaume serves as AECOM’s NYC Metro+ Executive. In his role as Metro+ Executive, George oversees strategic growth and project delivery across New York City, drawing on more than 20 years of infrastructure experience. Combining results-driven leadership with deep aviation expertise, he continues to guide New York’s most transformative airport programs, including the civil design at JFK’s Terminal 6.

Prior to joining AECOM, George led Delta Air Lines’ $1.5B expansion of JFK’s Terminal 4 as Program Director, leading design, construction, and project management teams. He also served as Deputy Program Director for Delta’s $4B terminal program at LaGuardia Airport and as Assistant Resident Engineer at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

His contributions have been widely recognized: he was named Community Impact Leader by the Greater Jamaica Development Corporation in 2022, joined its Board of Directors in 2023, and was featured in City & State’s Responsible 100 in 2023.
